NEW camera, NEW toners, and an unabashed CHEAP PLUG opportunity, L@@K!!!

6 posts in this topic

Got the new camera last night, and couldn't wait to shoot some pics. Here are three for ya!

THANK YOU NGC .... for being so conervative grading this coin, and THANK YOU HERITAGE for burying it deep in a bullet-sale lot. This is one dynamic SLQ, a very tough date to find with a full-shield (this example's about 97%), and unbelievably original to boot. I stole this coin at $600! Bought this baby sight-seen, and already sold it, too:

Fresh out of a just-purchased Whitman album, I think this coin is really attractive. This coin rivals Wayte Raymond toning on a good day!

... and one of it's sisters. These were the only two nicely toned UNC coins in the album, though several AUs had iridescent toning as well.

Oh, and here's the cheap plug opportunity. I bought my new camera from ElectricSam, and was extremely pleased with a very quick turnaround and the lowest price I could find on the web. Unpaid and unsolicited endorsement, but based on a single transaction, I would give them a thumbs-up.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Believe it or not, I used good ol' Microsoft "Paint". In fact, I do not own any image manipulation software at all. All images I use are undoctored, unaltered straight from the camera, other than cropping/resizing them in "Paint".

Thanks for the compliments!
