I am pretty sure I know the answer, but just in case.

I have a 2005 NGC UCAM PF-70 Gold $50. No reason to submit to CAC, right?

Unless you just want the Green Bean, I do see not any need in sending that in. How much more perfect can you get than PF70 UCAM? I would save the money and put it towards another submission. I'm sure you have another coin that is worthy of a Green Bean!
