Question about NGC grading on my dime.

I recently found an encased dime in old case I have. I know nothing about coins, but it says Numismatic Guaranty Corp on the back and I looked it up. Which ended up bringing me here. Anyways, my question is, what did they grade it? It doesn't seem to match any kind of grading scale. Here is excatly what is on the label...

What in the world does that mean? I've looked all over and can't find out. All other coins seem to have a real rating where mine says FA 00. Any help? confused-smiley-013.gif
