62. Scratches under the motto and nicks in the fields. 2 spots. And the 'In' is weak.

I'm feeling a 64 on this. I see the hits on it but I still like it at that level. The strike is strong. The one's I've seen have a mushy face but this one seems to be fully struck up. Not sure if it's typical for this date as this isn't my series but I like it.

I am going with 63, I don't like the chatter on the device on the obverse for grading it higher. OTOH, I have seen much worse on Liberty 64's..........

If it got a CAC sticker I'm thinking 64. A 65 would show less hits IMO.
