Is this coin double struck?

The Kennedy I just won awhile back exhibit many of these features on both sides.

Honestly....it looks like an off center strike and nothing more.....I don't see where it's been double struck even with the little arrows and outline etc??

 

 

Maybe someone else can chime in, but my opinion is....No.

I was thinking that when it was stamped the die rotated on the coin a bit giving it that line you see... I am going to say no... but I would not be suprised if it was...

I doubt it's double struck--the odds of a double strike that would be right over the first strike, spread out the first strike, and then create a second, perfect (albeit off-center) strike seems basically 0...
