You will have to open a seller protection case and ask the buyers to revise the feedback.

 

I spoke with ebay about this bad feedback and they said the only way they remove it is if the customer threatens you, uses profane language or tries extortion!

 

I tried to head off the guy's hostility early on refunding shipping fees, but some of these people seem to really enjoy being a royal pain.
