Question about Price of a Coin

Hello everyone! I need help about pricing a coin that i've had for a bit. The coin dealers told me to set a price for them so i need a price =) the coin is h319.gif

 

can you please give me a price for the coin? mine is nearly mint and in great condition! hmm yea if u look in the picture you can see what kind it is. Mines a 1792 LOUIS XVI ROI DES FRANÇOIS

Does your coin have the "B" mintmark as in the picture? If so, it seems to be KM#600.3, the only 1792 bronze 12 deniers with Rouen's mintmark (out of about a dozen varieties listed from various mints, with slightly different legends).

 

Obviously the coin can't be graded from your line drawing, but the Krause 28th Century 3rd Ed. (2002) values a 1792B at $4 VG, $10 F, $30 VF, and $135 XF. No value is given for Unc., which indicates that the coin is extremely rare in that condition. If you feel that you have such a genuine coin, having it graded and authenticated by one of the major third party graders would be an excellent investment.
