FSH; freshly graded, all PCGS, offers? bullion trades?

I just got the grades on these, all PCGS;

1878 S Trade Dollar, Choice AU58 Bright lemon yellow, blue, magenta, red, gold, a fantastic looking coin for the Type, you just don't see 'em like this too often. $850

 

 

1917 S SLQ PCGS AU53FH, This tougher Type one looks great for the grade. Highly lustrous and unquestionably original with deep tone in weathered bronze, blue, and silvery gold. While there is a reddish tint, the pics exaggerate this quality. The S mint in FH is much tougher than either the P or D, with 1/16th the availabilty compared to the P mint, and a little over half that of the D mint. Quite appealing and a real eye catcher. Excellent strike. $350 delivered. (this one I've had, but thought I would leave it in the post)

 

 

This 1819/18 CBH is absolutely gorgeous in hand. I only wish my photography skills and setup were better. Grading XF45, ( not attributed, but O-101), the obverse glows with multiple electric shades of red, blue, yellow and green, surrounding the portrait like a halo. The reverse shows a crisp sapphire ring with golden rose centers. Aesthetically over the top, and technically a circulated Gem. One of the prettiest Capped Bust Halves I've encountered. Much more appealing in hand, guaranteed to please. $900

 

1901 O MORGAN, Beautiful two sided toner, grading MS63, with some chatter on the cheek, and typical flat "O" mint strike at center. BUT, bathed in bright sapphire, seagreen, red and yellow, and really doing a Peakock (censored) strut on the reverse. Also shows doubling on the inside (left) of the "O", and on the lettering starting at "D" and up through the star, spread counterclockwise. I couldn't determine which VAM it might be, but interesting nonetheless. Great coin. $200

 

1860 O Seated Half Dime. "Unc Details, Questionable Color". If you look at a few archives, you will readily see that this coloration is quite the norm for Proofs of this era, that is if they were fortunate enough to have escaped a dip over the last 100 years. The strike, color, and luster are simply amazing. Searching through the Heritage archives and PCGS Coinfacts, this 1860 O has better eye appeal (IMO) than either the NGC 67* (Heritage) or the PCGS 67 (Coinfacts). Of course, pictures are no definitive substitute for in hand viewing, and while the two 67s may look better in hand, the offered example absolutely does. There are some hairlines on both sides, but if this were a proof of the same era, the grade would probably be 64. This coin looks to be, at the very least, mint state, and one of the first coins off the dies, surfaces appearing quite prooflike. Being that 1860 was a transitional year for the design, it isn't a long leap to the possibility that this is a presentation piece, cherished for generations by descendants of the recipient, and more recently, housed for many decades in a Wayte Raymond (?) album. Simply, one of the most appealing Half Dimes out there. $375

 

 

1842 Seated Dime. AU58Looking like a long term companion to the 1860 O above, this 1842 has outstanding eye appeal. Beautiful. $360

 

 

1892 O Barber Quarter PCGS AU53 nice original album toned example, good luster and a slightly better date $185

1796 Draped Bust Dollar, Small Eagle. Small date, Lg Letters. Smoothed, VF details. Looks like high end VF details to me, a conservative call, with a slightly suspicious area in the field in front of the chin. $3900
