Howdy and welcome.

 

It looks like you tried to embed an image in your post and used an image that is stored on your computer. In this system, you can't do that. If you want to embed an image in your post, the image must first be hosted someplace on the web. You can post an image directly from your computer if you would like to put your image up as an attachment. To do this, you should have the

I want to preview my post and/or attach a file

box checked off. This is the box directly above the "Continue" button. Then, when you press continue, you can use the "Browse" button to select the image from your computer and make the attachment that way.
