If it's not a MS-65RB then it's Unc deatils--Questionable Color. The reverse color looks funky, but it may just be this picture. It's not a proof unless these pictures are super misleading.

Impossible to accurately grade with those pictures. It could be anywhere from a 63 to a 66.

 

The reverse in the pictures looks funky if interpreted as a business strike. I'm gonna say its a proof with poor mirrors.

 

It would be great if you could give us better pics.

Alterd color,if you are lucky one out of 5 will grade whether it is altered color or not Unc details..I am selling a bunch cheap on ebay right now..that same condition.

 

Already been posted that the coin is in a problem free holder .

I only read the top where he wrote"Lets see how good of a grader you are" now since that is the case I will say 64 R/B hell will freeze over before a little collecter will get a 65 and/or red in the same breath./ By the way Mark,read my last post in the 96-O thread and let me know if you are up to it.
