I found out doing some of my own research this afternoon. It is a 1927 Chang Tso Lin

in uniform. Genuine silver coin. AU50 Value $10,000 (unsold)

Have it authenticated. The reeding looks wrong, even in the fuzzy photos.

It appears to me to be one of the many fake silver coins coming out of China that have been circulating a lot around flea markets and such.

 

See if it sticks to a magnet, if it does...sorry!
