Hi, today a person asked on the forum I am hosting what an unusual medal is. I do not collect medals so I decided to recruit the help of some of the folks here. Can you tell me what this is? Here is the OP:

It commemorates the 50th anniversary-jubilee- of his ordination on 23 Dec. 1837.

 

Many countries issued similar tribute.

 

Noteworthy that 1887 was also a triumphant year of his reign.
