What were the years the green (non-rattler) slabs were produced, and in general what was the grading standard relative to today's grading (blue slabs)?

Thank You.

From roughly 1989 to 1998. They had some conservatively graded coins in the OGHs but also some dogs, too. Just like, today :)

The non-rattler one piece holder was used from Jan 1990 to sometime in 1995 with a second generation of green label slabs used from 1995 to Oct 1998 according to the thread ats by conder101. There were other green label holders used earlier but those came in the rattler two piece style holders. Its been generaly considered that these were still more conservatively graded but I'm not so sure about that. Of course unless your looking at a very old time collection most all of the ones worth the cost have been upgraded already.

Blue inserts started in approximately October, 1998 and the commonly found second generation green holders started approximately December, 1994.
