1913 D Buffalo... Opinions? Toning as well...

Here is the 1913 D Buffalo I got while on vaction.... What do you think about it? Grade? etc? It was marked BU with Weak Date.. But I think there is more to it than just that weak date.

Pretty toning Bruce, and a nice, original looking buff. Some of the typical weakness for a '13-D (date, tips of feathers, LIBERTY, entral hair; edges and center of reverse), which will bring the grade down a bit. I'd guess an MS63.

Bruce,

 

Hoot beat me to the punch, but I agree with his assessment. Your coin has what appears to be nice color and luster, but does have strike weakness that is very common for the issue. I also think it would grade MS-63 due to the level of strike weakness.
