Two pennies I found in change

The first looks like a plug but its not, the second looks like its plated with something

1985 D and 1986 D

The first one appears to have some sort of post mint damage around the mint mark.

 

The second cent looks like it was dipped in nitric acid.

First is an example of zinc rot under the plating, Second it looks like the copper plating has been stripped off chemically.
