Hi...My first coin

hello and welcome to the boards!

 

you take a good photo and your 1881 morgan dollar is a nice decent coin i like it 893applaud-thumb.gif it has good eye appeal

 

many are really helpful on here and so are the ngc people who host this boards!

 

ask as many questions as you want to you will get many good suggestions take what you need and leave the rest!

 

good luck with your collection pursuets and keep posting on the boards!

Welcome to the boards Heywodja! Nice coin. A folder full (or being filled) of BU Morgans can be a great and appealing collection! Hope your numismatic adventures are greatly fun for you.

 

Any relationship to Wodjahowitz of Barney Miller fame? wink.gif

I can't decide on which coins are my favorites.. Definitely into the Morgans, Peace and Silver Eagles..Silver walking liberties, mercuries...etc I think that they are all equally beautiful...But alas my wallet just can't keep up.

 

I am not too sure if the grade of the morgan is brilliant uncurculated or not..But it is a start.. I found this one today at a local dealer it is a 1935 walking liberty, I purchased for 30.00

 

I am jazzed about this hobby!! Almost as bad as my motorcycle, 27_laughing.gif.
