what WRONG with the NGC CERTIFICATION NUMBER LOOK UP??

hey,

 

i have few NGC certified coins once check with CERTIFICATION NUMBER LOOK UP, it told me didnt match with the certification number, something wrong of the system? as some buyer complain those NGC coins are faked, as a fail of certification checking.

* those coins i submitted to NGC personally.

 

PLEASE tell me what going on with the system??

Thanks for the question. The cert lookup tool runs periodic updates and during that time it will be unavailable. These updates are usually done around 3am EST. I just did a lookup and all three worked for me this morning.
