Are world coinserrors recognized?

It looks like machine doubling, not a doubled die. I don't know of any service that designates machine doubling. Also, is that a coin or is that a token?

Definitely machine doubling.

 

I asked the same thing when I first came across some of them, TomB. They are listed in the Krause with KM numbers and not TN numbers, but I think anything with "Good For" on it should be a token...

It's a coin.. 1921 - 1 Franc piece.
Produced at the Paris Mint, despite the Chamber of Commerce legend and the absence of Republique Francais. During the 1920s the same design was also used for 50 centimes and 2 francs, all struck in aluminum-bronze.
