Appears to be post mint damage in all cases. At the mintmark the die may have deteriorated a bit but it's not anything that would command a premium.

Agree. Your quarter appears well-circulated with common post-mint damage. No premium. Keep looking though! :)

Are you looking for doubling and repunched mint marks? If so, read our host's description of identifying true double dies: https://www.ngccoin.com/news/article/5688/Double-Dies-vs-Machine-Doubling/. For mint marks, use VarietyVista to be sure there's actually mint mark variety for the year and mint in question.
