What's up with Heritages pictures?

Just about every coin I've looked at at Heritage, there's a vertical scratch running right through the center of almost every slab. At first, I figured someone was intentionally leaving their trademark of some sort but then the thought crossed my mind that perhaps someone may be trying to deface the slab so they don't sell. But why would someone do a thing like that? By then, after looking at a dozon or so of the coins, that it finally dawned on me as the scratch started to take on some simular charactoristics. I found it hard to believe it at first but one of Heritage's camera lens has the scratch! Someone needs to give Heritage a ring and let them know! Don't they have money to buy a new one! Do we need to pass the collection plate for this one!
