Posted for years with the same name, had over 13K posts. Then PCGS posted a rule that criticism of PCGS in any way, shape, or form was grounds for banning. I was then banned for posting that in order to avoid being banned I was voluntarily curtailing my open posting because I know that if I didn't I would eventually violate that rule.

 

After three months I went back with an alt. I posted for another year until I made the mistake of posting over here that I had an alt. Didn't identify it, but within four hours of my post here my alt was also banned. Haven't been back.

I used to post over there but not anymore. It's less a matter that I don't have the time than that I lost the inclination. Same name over there as here.

I've never posted at the PCGS boards, but I do post on a few other forums with the same name as here. I figure it's the same person posting, why have a different name?

I've been banned twice ATS. I was FishyOne there in 2008 and was banned for a comment about Obama (called him a socialist). Went back as RedHerring in 2009 and was banned a couple months ago when I got into it with a couple board members regarding my post of a questionable PCGS slab.

 

I doubt I'll ever go back.
