some nice errors... althought I am not a big RPM ... but the clogged numbers/ letters are nice... and what is wrong with the Morgan?

The first couple are a little too dark and fuzzy to tell, but it looks like die erosion. The D mintmark on the quarter is machine doubling.

 

Are you taking the pictures with magnification or just with a camera? Pretty good results can be gotten shooting through the lens of an inexpensive microscope, with the right lighting and a lot of practice. Here's a couple examples. The first is a struck through area on a World's Fair medal and the other is a nice RPM that I recently got from my dad, who pulled it from circulation many years ago.
