What to do with a 1913 PCI PF-66 BN Lincoln?

After seeing the better pictures of the PCGS coin I still feel it is WAY overgraded. If there is no actual wear it would still be PF-60 at best and is still a problem coin. Sorry Jimbucks just calling it as I see it. There is no way that coin should be in a PF-63 slab.

Should I crack it out and submit to NGC or PCGS? Do nothing?

 

It's just been sitting around in my collection for a decade or so.
