25th Anniversary Silver Eagle Cross Over

I have 2 questions if PCGS 69 coins from this set with a First Strike designation are submitted for cross over grading: (1) I assume they could possibly receive a 70 grade from NGC if warranted, correct? and (2) would the First Strike designation cross over to an Early Release one, or would that distinction be lost?

Thanks for the question. If we believe the grade should be the same or higher, we will crack out the coins and put them in NGC holders. The First Strike designation, however, would NOT cross over as either Early Releases or First Releases.
