I'm not sure if you are serious either, but in case you are, the coin looks reprocessed and worth about 10c. From what I can see in the photo, I'd guess the coin is AU. These coins never had a "high shine" to them. That is a give away to them being reprocessed. A chrome finish is not natural.

 

The other coin you have for sale, a 1837 Capped Bust 10c. You call it VF which is a very optimistic grade for what I can see - not to mention the rim problems. You then quote the Collectors Universe Price Guide at $750 - $1,500. They list this coin in F at $32 and EF at $195 with no VF grade listed. Your prices quoted would be for MS62-MS63. And the CU price guide is a joke. It's not even close to being accurate.
