Beautiful coins, btw. Is the strike generally that poor on the dime?

I dug around on this coin and have seen good strikes and bad strikes. This coin's grade is held back only by the strike, because it's mark free with good luster and positive eye appeal.

I think the Strike is fine, and has the distinct presentation of Die Polishing, from the image.... I also have a great fondness for die cracks and tooling marks.
