WTT: 1955 NGC MS64 FBL Franklin

Many of them garner very large premiums, due to the PCGS Variety set requirements. Most of them have not been known long enough to have many discovered. I would certainly never pay the ridiculous premiums for most of them. I was lucky enough to find a 1954 in a dealer's album raw, with no premium. The 1955 is popular because it has been known for a while, has a relatively large populations, and is well publicized.
