Rim errors are fairly common and can range from the mundane to the dramatic. Yours looks like a common error where some of the metal at the rim gets burred during the striking process, unless I'm just looking at this wrong. Often, that metal gets flattened before the coin leaves the Mint and remains for quite some time during circulation. I've had wartime nickels that showed evidence of this even though they were in good condition (fairly worn).

Hi , the burs are not burs, thats the carded holder (mylar) that's stretched...I was referring mainly to the last two as it is more prominanly doubled than the others. I know it's a really bad pict. but I don't have a scanner. Thanks
