I did my site through Yahoo. 110$ a year buys site name, hosting, web building software and live tech support 24/7.

 

It far from custom made but for the price it works for me.

My coin board website is not elaborate and has only limited interactive features, but it certainly was affordable to set up. It was easy to create, too. I had mine up and running in a single weekend, though I tweaked it several times over the next few weeks.
