I think the answer is no, though there might have been some obscure Philippine issue I am unfamiliar with.

while i am sure this is the wrong answer, i'll have to say that no president's signature appears on a BEP note.

Anyway, I dont think there is any US Presidents signatures on currency in the signature spot.

However the 76 $2 has the Declaration of Independence one the back which has a few US Presidents signatures on it. But I dont think your looking for a trick like that.

ANSWER: Yes. The signatures of Presidents Taft, McKinnely, and T. Roosevelt have been featured on Philippine notes printed by the BEP.
