Nice Welcome home gift

Just returned from a trip to the Windy City and found these 2 gems in my mail pile.

The 95 Silver Kennedy has been a tough find in recent months that wasn't "above" FMV.

Also was nice to add another MS70 to the Silver Eagles.

Took a few items to my local coin store last week and "sold" em. I get a much better selling price there than at the Bay and there are NO shipping charges. The guy who runs the shop has been in coins and stamps for almost 50 years. He really knows his stuff and everytime I go there, it's an education. He doesn't "visually grade" for customers anymore as his eyesight isn't what it used to be (I'm there with ya buddy) but the knowledge inside is amazing. He's just a small shop (not one of these large mail order box shops) but the kind you find on a small back street or in an alley. The display cases are worn well but the glass is still nice and clean, the floors are wood from 40 years ago and the odor of vintage items is everywhere. His safe is huge and worn as well and looks like it came from the 20's or 30's. Too bad there are not more of these around any more. Going in there is like going back in time. I'm sure some of you older mates know what I mean.
