not real happy

 

2nd post here, some of my coins on the way back from ngc , sort of happy, received a lower grade on key date CC's and had one improperly cleaned, so i guess i will try to get my money back from the seller,not e-bay coins I was burned before, so i buy from larger coin dealers,we will see or I will see,don
