3 submissions into NGC, 3 Submissions returned. All were ontime with exception to one order that I goofed on which was 1 business day late... no big deal. No dust, now foreign material, no hair, no scratches.

 

The customer service was excellent, I think they even saved me a bit of money on shipping by combining two of my orders.

 

Too bad PCGS dropped the ball.

Why would you consider it to be "too bad"? PCGS has chosen to snub the collector and allocate less time to the grading of their coins. Leading to substantially longer grading periods. lf they don't care to allocate adequate resources to the needs of the collector, then why should anyone continue to contribute grading fees?

 

Loyalty is a TWO-way street. PCGS "claims" they want collector loyalty to their holder. Yet, they contribute less resources to the prompt grading of the collectors' coins. Their's is a false claim. They have no conviction, no real loyalty and the collector should show them no loyalty. Vote with your coins and your grading fees!

Yes, I agree. I buy PCGS and NGC coins for my collection and my business, but I will never submit anything to PCGS for grading again. Why pay money to people who treat you like dog in kennel? Show some respect!

Same here. I will buy a coin in a PCGS holder if I like it, but I stopped submitting coins to PCGS about a year and a half ago. NGC gets my grading money now, and to tell the truth, I like their holder much more than PCGS's anyway.

Too Bad... as PCGS lost a customer.

Had it not been for their horrible CS and QC, it might be more Kool-Aide for me.

More NGC for me, that's the way it should be.

Now sing in harmony and glee....
