Coin shows

How often are there coin shows? I have been wanting to go to one for awhile. Also if someone knows of some where I can go to get the list please let me know.

Depends on how far you are willing to travel. There is probably a coin show EVERY weekend somewhere.

 

As to "national" shows:

 

You have the Spring ANA in Portland in a few weeks. Called the "Money" show. In different locales every year. Usually in April, I think.

 

There is the Summer ANA this summer. I don't remember where it is this year. Again, different locales every year.

 

The Florida FUN show is usually in early January in Orlando.

 

The Long Beach show in CA is going on right now. Three times a year: Feb, June and Sept. This show was a bit early having been in Jan. That is somewhat unusual. The Sept. show gets placed in October some years.

 

There is a big show in Santa Clara CA twice a year. April and November.

 

Any others anyone can think of? East Coast?

There are coin shows going on somewhere almost every weekend. It really depends upon where you live or are willing to travel to. Most of the coin publications such as Coin World list where and when coin shows will be happening.

 

If you let us know where you live, maybe someone will be able to tell you about a show that would be local for you.

Well I am going to Long Beach in a couple weeks. Guess I will miss that. Anyways thanks for your advice.
