So I submitted some coins for Grading

Quality control means verification of grade and encapsulation. This takes 1 day and usually the coins are shipped that day or the following.

Quality Control though may take two or three days though, it's "finalized/imaged/shipped" that is a day. Now, I just received my shipment back, in time for Long Beach, but you know what's a bummer? I paid the extra $20. or so for overnight delivery (my invoice even has NGC recognizing that) and NGC still sent the package Registered. Took five days. Do I have a legitimate complaint?

Yeah, yea. What throws me off is your "TRUTH" that is five lines down from what it is you type. -I'll get better though... maybe if I just slow down.
