Can anyone tell me about the Loring census of Proof Large Cents?

Denis Loring was on a commitee of the EACS that established data and wrote a paper on the condition census populations for large cents in 1993. This was based on historic auction appearance data.

He has also been a collector of proof large cents for years and has continued adding to the census. I don't know if he has ever published a more recent up-to-date census or not.
