Wow! a Silver Walking Indian cent. Quite unique, I must say.

Ya know, there was an Indian cent struck in gold which I saw in an auction catalog about 10 years ago. And for the life of me I can't find the catalog now. Someone help me out here IIRC, the coin did not meet the reserve.

 

However, I have never heard of an Indian cent struck in silver until now

There are actually three or four of them. Legend handled one a while back. Neat coins!

 

The last I saw in auction was a 1900 in a Heritage sale in the late 1990's.

I notice that this is another fine coin from Fairtraderz. I knew some their images were doctored, but never to the point of showing a totally different denomination.
