Invoice Lookup?

6 posts in this topic

Quick question, I checked under "My Order Status" but nothing has shown up yet. Is there a way I can just enter the invoice number and bring up the status?

Thanks,

Dave

When you clicked my order status it should have shown your invoice number followed by the current status of your submission. If nothing shows than I can only assume NGC hasn't rec'd the package yet. I know the day mine was received it showed as such, or 'scheduled for grading' or something like that? Did you get a tracking number when you mailed it in? If so I'd check with the USPS. If not, doh insane.gif !!!!! If it's showed as rec'd by the USPS for a few days I'd call NGC to find out what's up. Good Luck!! 893crossfingers-thumb.gif

They received it, they sent me a bill for $2 as Variety Plus is now $7... but my invoice showed $5 frown.gif but I figure it would have been entered into the system and hoping I could just look up the invoice number somewhere.

Thanks,

Dave

I contacted customer service....

What I did was... I submitted using my ANA membership but two days ago I upgraded my account with NGC, so the invoice they received two weeks ago will not show up on my account but any submissions I send in from this point forward will show up under my account. I was hoping to get a sneak peak at what was going on with my submission frown.gif I figured it was something they could have changed in the database.

I'm starting to go over the coins in my collection and figure out which ones are going next. I'm actually toying around with the idea of starting to submit my completed collections for grading (not all at once though).

I hear you. I'd love to send in my Franklin and silver Roosevelt sets. That's alot of money though! I asked NGC if they'd offer any discounts and unfortunately they said they didn't offer anything outside their current tier levels. That's too bad I think, as I think there are many, many people who would love to slab their whole sets of one type or another, but cannot afford like 10 bucks a coin. That could be alot of money, also, several could be a great disappointment or come back in body bags and that would just be worse! Maybe one day they'll offer something like that. Until then, unless Roosevelts start going for at least 50 bucks a pop, mine will stay in the Dansco album. confused-smiley-013.gif

Actually, I'm still looking for some upgrades on my collection so I would probably only send the best of my collection... but...

How about a service that would allow the collector to send in his collection and the grading service choose which coins you should have graded. I know I read it somewhere that dealers can send in bulk submissions and have only coins that may grade "MS64" or higher get placed in slabs. The coins that don't make the grade don't get charged the full amount... did I read this somewhere or was it just a dream?
