I just found this coin on a local market, according to the catalogue it is very rare, only 100 were minted.

I just want your opinions, first of all if you think its counterfeit or not, a grade and a price ( I can only offer 200eur or so). Thanks!

Not my area of expertise, but here is a Heritage link to a couple. Judging by yours and the way the milling is incomplete, I suspect it to be a fake.
