Looks NT to me. Looks to have toned wierd due to the way it may have been stored/holdered.

I do not like this toning pattern, and would view this as AT.

Appears as if someone swabbed off the face to make it look Crescent Toned. The staining in the field in front of the face is worrysome.

 

Can't be sure without seeing it in hand, but the toned/non-toned line is NOT a nice elliptical shape.

xJack, that's the same thing I was thinking. I don't see anything immediately suspicious about the color, but it appears to have been altered to look crescent toned.

The color does look removed.

A correctly 'bag' crescent toned dollar, would have a crescent the same arc and size of a dollar.

Much like a 'clip'......

Looking at it again, the staining in front of her face is probably actually due to removing the heavy toning. Toning that thick will probably leave dull, lifeless surfaces and if done improperly will stain and retone ugly.
