Anyone know the diagnostics for an 1853 Cent N-4?

Mike in FL provided me with the following. Thank you very much Mike!

 

Obverse: Sharp repunching above 3. Short line down slightly from earlobe. Late states have a rum cud under star 12 (k4:30).

 

Reverse: Lump on base of E in CENT under upright. Another lump on right side of bottom of T in CENT Sharp examples show a lump on the bottom right half of O in ONE, on top of the letter. Sharp die lines along dentils and above N in UNITED.

 

R3+ according to Grellman.
