Here are a couple more.

 

From the 1860 campaign. Abe, the rail splitter candidate.

And 1864, we get "honest old Abe." Lincloln's manager considered using "Honest old Abe" in 1860 but dropped the idea because they thought that it sounded mildly Jewish.
