She presently resides in an "old" ANACS, not a new one. Graded at AU50.

 

Do you think she will hit at least 50 with one of the big boys?

I'm thinking EF-45 but wish you well on getting it into a PCGS or NGC AU-50 slab. Very nice key Morgan.

It has a shot at an AU-50

I am a little concerned on the washed out look with ZERO luster to the coin

Being a better date coin it may get slabbed but I do not think an AU because of it.

Given what I have seen in AU-50 holders, it might make it; but I'm concerned about what seems to be a lack of luster. I don't know if CAC is forced the hand of PCGS and NGC when it comes to giving out marginal AU-50 grades. If the coin has no luster, I'd be reluctant to give it an AU-50, but there is probably enough "meat" (detail) left to merit the grade.

Assuming this is a scan of the coin, AU-50 does not seem out of the question.

It looks like AU details, but I, too, am concerned about the lack of luster in the photos.
