Actually, it should be called a:

 

non-displaced, complete, transverse fracture involving bilateral parietal bones.

Are you sure it is a die crack and not a cracked planchet?

 

No, I'm not sure. The only cracked planchets I know about are the very early coins where the crack goes all the way through the planchet. I just assumed this was evidence of a die crack.

 

There are also two little ones on the reverse. They are in a different place than the one on the obverse.

 

This is a gem coin to boot and graded out at 66.
