PayPal Seller Reputation

Anyone else have their PayPal Seller Reputation number reset to ZERO?

I logged into my account today and noticed mine said: Seller Reputation: (0) Verified Buyers.

ZERO verified buyers!? I had a verified buyer a week ago. I've probably had 200 verified buyers over the years. Are they resetting the numbers now for some reason? It'd be just like the scumbags at PayPal/eBay to do something like this if you don't make X numbers of sales per month.

Greg- Are there any good alternatives to PayPal? It seems people only complain about their service.

Not really. That's what really sucks!

mine was reset to nothing at all when I downgraded my account after I got fed up with them and their fees. Of course, I don't care since it's the eBay feedback most people look at.

I'll need to log on and see! The only problem I have is when I sell something over $100 (it's a guess) I don't believe they are entitled to take more then a couple of bucks for their services so I have asked the buyers to not use paypal.

I got a response from them:

Dear Greg Margulies,

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

I apologize for any confusion. Unfortunately, our engineers have identified a small occurance with certain PayPal accounts and reputation numbers. If you reputation has been set to "0", once the problem has been corrected, your number will get restored to the original reputation number.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

Sincerely,

George
