Can NCS Help This Coin?

Hello everyone,

 

I am new to the boards and I have a question regarding NCS. I have a Morgan Dollar that is graded by ANACS as a VF-35. I have been collecting Morgans for many years and I truly believe that this is absolutely a EF-40 coin. It appears to me that the reason that ANACS graded it a VF 35 is because it has been dipped out and it has the dipped out look. The coin is not net graded. Is there anything that NCS could do to possibly help this coin or would it be a waste to submit it? Thanks so much
