Aren't these prices alittle high??

I just got a coin magazine... and lucky for me it featured the lincoln cent.... After looking at some good pics I think my Lincoln would grade at 35 - 40... anyhow .. this mag had a coin price guide.... I was looking at some Early cents... Well I got one that is really worn... AG - 3 1794 ... In that grade they had these prices...

Head of 93 $700.00

Head of 94 $125.00

Head of 95 $150.00

 

Does that not seem alittle high to you?? or is it just me...
