I just picked up some Washington Quarters from Wayne Herndon and asked him if he had any 2003 BU Rolls of Jefferson's. I picked up 2 P-mint rolls from him.

 

Looks like the mint is going to take the opportunity to make some money on collectors who want to buy them prior to the Lewis and Clark change. Not bad marketing, a little expensive and a little late in the year. They will probably do the same when the new design is out.

 

How about BU Rolls of Lincolns? Roosevelts? Not that I would buy them from the mint as I can get most of the rolls through my local bank or retailer at price.

Wayne is a good guy from my experiences. Bought a few things from him a few years ago and was totally satisfied. Don't know where he finds all of his rolls but he is the "roll-man".
