Looks UCAM, but it could use a dip. Maybe a little work on the obverse crust spot.

Wow! Nice coin man. UCam, probably deserving, but, I think TPGs have a hard time forking over that designation on pre 1970's coins, (excluding Franklins). I've seen many deserving DCAM or UCAM only getting CAM. If I were grading it I'd go either 67 or 68, likely the latter, and of course DCAM or UCAM.

Actually the crud and stuff was on the slab.I sent it to NCS before it was graded.

Which is PR 67 Cameo.

I was wondering if I should send it back for a regrade.

I'll be the dissenting opinion here. I don't think the mirrors are clean enough. The coin doesn't have the black deep mirrors I usually like to see with DCAM/UCAM coins. It's frosty, but I have a feeling it was CAM'd because of the lack of depth to the mirrors, IMHO
