Half Cent light variations

I ran something like this on an IH PROOF, and thought this too might be interesting. Copper, especially copper PROOFs, I think are amazing creatures.

 

All of these pics are unretouched and the only variation is lighting and metering.

 

In person, depending on how you hold the coin, all is visible, you could spend hours looking at this coin.

Which of the image pairs do you think captures the look of the coin best in natural light?

 

The middle pair of images make the coin look like it has been wiped as there appear to be a series of many hairlines in the obverse field behind Ms Liberty.
